BIO 716 Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology(GNA)

Provides knowledge and skills necessary to understand the current techniques that are used in the biotechnology field.  Reviews current practice and analyzes the principles of different approaches, with a particular focus on the use of microorganisms in solving problems.  Provides knowledge and the skills necessary to understand how to solve different questions by using advanced genetic engineering techniques in microorganisms.  Focusing on the process to develop biosensors for practical applications.
