Encompasses survey of research processes, problem formulation, the types of problems for which market research is used, primary and secondary data collection methods, questionnaire design, and sampling plans. Analysis and interpretation of data and research report formats. Prerequisites: MKT 111, MGT 230/ECO 230, and (MKT 211 or MKT 310).
