A critical examination of theories of wage determination; factors responsible for wage differentials; the effect of unionism upon wages; empirical trends in wage differentials and average wage levels; wage push inflation, unemployment, minimum wage laws, and automation; human capital, educational expenditures, and manpower analysis.Prerequisites: ENG 151, ECO 111 and ECO 230/MGT 230.
