EDD 611 Advanced Educational Psychology

3 hours; 3 credits. The course examines the major factors that contribute to development of students' ability to learn. The study materials include research texts and examples of educational practices in the areas of language, literacy, mathematics, science and social studies. The main focus is on how teachers can implement psychological knowledge for enhancing students' potential to succeed academically.
