ENL 304 U.S. Fiction, Early North American Literature(RLA)

(Also LNG 304/AMS 304). 4 hours; 4 credits. A study of North American literature to 1830 across a variety of genres, authors, and cultural traditions. For English majors and minors this is designated as a literature, American literature and genre course. Prerequisite: An ENH 200-level course or ENL 290.
